My New Year Resolutions

The year 2009 has passed swiftly and it is time for us to make our own New Year Resolutions.

Now, in the year 2010, I would like to MAKE some changes in my life. Firstly, I would want to study harder and improve in my studies. Besides, I would like to score better grades in my exams.

Next, I would want to make further progress in my favourite sport, badminton. I would like to go for more INTENSIVE training and I really hope to play better this year and BE MUCH FITTER AND make a change TO MY BADMINTON GAME.
Furthermore, I hope that I would spend more time readING books, and spend less time PLAYING the computer. I would want to read more books to improve my English.
Lastly, I hope TO achieve the resolutions I’ve made.

My Trip to The US

Hey there, fellas!!!! I'm really, really sorry about not updating my blog for such a long time. Well, here is teh story of the day before i left for my US trip.......

I was very happy to go to the US because I wouldn't stand a chance to travel so far with my family. But on the day before we left for the USA, my brother and I had diarrhea and vomiting. My mum ws so worried that she took care of us for almost the whole day!

On the next day, we woke up at 6 in the morning. I was excited as I was a lot better than the day before. We boarded Cathay Pacific plane at 9.30am. After 4 hours, we reached Hong Kong for transition. After enjoying a bowl of noodles, we continued our journey to the USA.

After 14 and a half hours of flight, we finally reached the Los Angeles International Airport a.k.a LAX. We boarded a coach and it took us to The Pelican Hill Resort located along the coast of Newport Beach. The resort was very luxurious. The scenery was very breath-taking. We stayed in a bungalow lot for 3 days. From our balcony, we could see the beautiful Pacific Ocean.

On the third day, we shifted to Hilton, Anaheim. The hotel was very good! We stayed there for 6 days. Throughout the 6 days, there was a whole lot of fun that I truly enjoyed. On the first day, I just watch TV in the room and enjoy myself. On the second day, it was all shopping. We went to a factory outlet called Cabazon. On the third day, we departed for San Diego at 8am. We went to the USS Midway. It's a ship that carries all the US aircraft. About lunch time, we went to the Seaworld. We watched "Shamu, the Killer Whale" performance. After that, we had a close encounter with the penguins, polar bears...... Later that evening, we went to another factory outlet called Carlsbad for shopping. Everything there was a lot cheaper than here!

On the fourth day, we went to Disneyland! I was so thrilled that I could not believe that I was in Disneyland. We started off riding the Astro Orbiter, that ride was more for younger kids. We all rode on interesting rides such as the Splash Mountain. It had the 50ft. plunge. We also sat on rides such as the Indiana Jones one, Small World...... Everything inside Small World was miniature and the easy listening music made me want to fall asleep. We also had a long wait to ride some rides because the school holiday in the US has just started!

On the fifth day, we departed for Universal Studios Hollywood at 8am. Firstly, we joined the Studio Tour to experience how they make their movies. The earthquake simulation was very real, so lifelike. First, the road above our heads started to crack! And the oil tanker truck and a car came tumbling down. I thought that we were going to be hurt but we didn’t at all! Then abruptly, a train came by and crashed with the oil tanker and the car. Again I thought it was going to explode, but it didn’t. We did sat on rides such as Mummy, The Ride and Jurassic Park ride. We went into the House of Horrors, it was scary and dark inside! We also watched the movie Shrek 4D and the “WaterWorld” show.

On the sixth day, my father rented a car to drive to Las Vegas! The journey to Las Vegas took about 5 hours. During our journey there, it snowed minorly. After reaching Las Vegas, we checked into Tropicana Las Vegas. The next day, we followed a tour to go to Grand Canyon, Arizona. When we reached there, it snowed because on the day before, it rained. We were so delighted to ever have the chance to experience snow. We also went for the Sky Walk. It was 4,000 ft above the ground!! In the city of Las Vegas, there were casinos everywhere! On the last day, my father drove back to Los Angeles and returned the car . We boarded the plane at 12am. We flew to Hong Kong for transition again and back to Malaysia.

It was really a wonderful experience for me to ever go to the USA. Besides the sightseeing, the food servings there was a lot bigger! They had the one foot long bread size at Subway which equals to two 6 inch long ones!

Time For Us ( Standard 6 ) To Fly To Another Place

Time really flies. I only left 5 more days in school then it is over. Well, I am really gonna miss the school for all that it has done for me and everybody else. I wanna be a "xiao you" cause i wanna come back to see the "upgrades" in school. Haha. There is one thing which I dont really like, that is on Graduation Day. I have to stand on stage on the bench and in the centre!!!!! Another reason is, that is the last day of school, and it makes me wanna cry!!!! T_T. I really dont wanna leave PC2 so fast!! Time flies so fast!!!! Recalling the past----- when I was Standard 1, I look at my report card and saw that I will be Standard 6 in the Year 2009, but look at it, it has come already!!!! Really miss PC2. T_T ...... T_T ...... T_T

Last Sunday, after church, my grandparents picked me and my brother to go eat at Dragon-i with other relatives. The food there was quite delicious. After 1 hour plus, we all got ready to watch "Michael Jackson-This Is It". I was quite excited as it was the "best" of all his "performances". I got to see all of his rehearsals before his abrupt death. After the movie, I came back at 6, well, I walked to my friend's house to attend his party( it actually started st 5.30!!!). Too bad I missed the "water game" thing. At 7.45, we all had dinner, my friends and I joked about something. Hahahahaha!!!! My dad fetched me at 9.10, I went home with joy. That was my Awesome Sunday.

Well, Norman, my band's drummer, is going to quit the band as he wants to form a band with his brother. Well, we will miss him, I mean he wont be coming back again. It is a sudden thing. But nevermind, Justin is going to replace him. He will still be singing and play drums. There are advantages and disavantages. It would be a lot easier if Justin moves his 'drums' to my house because I have an organ and borrowed guitar from my cousin. Except that, Bernard has to bring his elecric guitar and amplifier. Like that, we can easily have band practices. Well Norman, You still be my friend, dont forget about me. Thank You!!!

I keep forgeting to update my blog........ lazy. Recently, my house has been "upgrading" since Tuesday. Well, actually, my mother hired some workers to come and paint, the house was such a mess. Everything was so inconvienient.... I mean we had ot cover those stuff with some old sheets to protect it from the drips of the paint. Now it is almost done except for my room!!!! I just removed my stuff from my table to the another room.. I mother bought a new organ too!! It was quite nice to use. I like the beats!!!!! I am still waiting for teh new furnitures to arrive at my house. I think that's all. Bye Bye!!!!

I Am Going To USA( L.A. and L.V.)!!!!!!

I am going to USA as my parents have qualified for their private franchise business. I cant wait!! It is snowing when i go there. To reach there, we got to sit in the plane for 24 hours!!! Free games,music, movies....... I cant wait!!!! It will be so fun.

Yesterday, Me and my badminton mates celebrated Zi Hao's 15th birthday at Ming Thien Food Court. He belanja us to eat there. After eating and all those stuff, we played a card game( i am not sure with the name). After that we went home.
Just now(a few hours ago), i helped my parents sketch a drawing of our "future house" just to make things easier. My parents are looking forward to upgrade the house and move to someplace next time. I hope it is ok. That's for today. Bye!

I Had Fun At My Friends Birthday Party Today !!!!!

Well, I was invited to my friend's( Ryan Lee ) birthday party. At first, we went to play bowling at U- Bowl at 1U. We had much fun there. I was late because i came out late and i was busy buying presents for him. When I reached there, I was so relieved cause i finally reach my destiantion. I was greeted by his mum. Then I gave him my present. After bowling, we went to Italiannese to have lunch around 1.30pm. After eating, we called for his cake and we started singing Happy Birthday. ( The waiters in that restaurants have their on type of "Happy Brithday" song ). I was surprised and amazed . After that, I went hanging out with my friends. Went back at 3.15pm. Really enjoyed it!!!! Thank You Ryan!!!!!! For Inviting Me!!!!!!!! That's All.

Woo Hoo!!! UPSR just finish 2 days ago. Now it;s like freedom everyday. So free. My band and I are going to start composing a song that we selected. I dont know whether it would really sound good or not. I just hope so. Now i can have more time to hangout with my friends. Now everyday can have some sleep. Dont need to be so pressured!!! What A Muddy Day

I was so muddy...... I mean i played football at the park and it was kinda wet so when i dive(as a goalkeeper) to save the ball, my clothes kena mud. Then keep on the same thing..... The sand mixed with water...... It was a bit shameful and embarassing. Cause when i came home, my parents' friend came, they were sitting on the couch and i was so muddy,all i could do was just to greet them. All of them were looking me, but i couldn't really see them cause i didnt wear my specs...... That's All...... Bye Bye!!! UPSR coming!!!

WooHoo!!! UPSR finally coming, just another 16days and we're free like "merdeka". Haha. Go to school just to waste time there but still got learn easy subjects like Moral, KT...... I can't wait it to pass. Also worried about my studies but I have faith in GOD that he will guide me in the exam. Being faithful...... Pray to GOD evryday about other stuff too! I always wanna start a cool and a brand new day...... So cool......

I had to go for the school extra classes during the August holidays. I really was "lazy" to go because I want to sleep late at night and not waking up early in the morning......LOL...... Today I went to school and tuitions...... it caused me 10 hours and 30 mins!!! So tired but after that got go play some badminton to relief stress...... WHOO!!!! Tomorrow can sleep late. NO WORRIES......
I guess I can just sleep soundly throught out the night.

Ha. I finally recovered from stupid fever. It was like 'holiday' to me but i actually missed exams like BM, Chinese, Science, Maths & English!!!!!! It will probably take me a few days to sit for it. Under a lot of pressure!!!!!!! Hope that the time would pass faster so i dont need to suffer so much about it. BM is a problem for me to get an A in UPSR/Exam. Chinese got more confindence...... Maths,English&Science got no prob...... Gotta work hard to get better results.
I asked my aunt to repair my phone for my birthday present because most slidely my mum wouldn't send it for repair. She would depend on my UPSR results. Woo!!! If i can get 7A's, i can follow my parents to L.A., America. Excited!! Got to put in all my effort!!! Work as hard as you can!!!!! That's all for today. I've done much.

Saddened

I am really saddened for some things......

1)My phone was spoilt already for like almost one month!! My mum still don't want to go and send it to repair it. I cant wait until UPSR ends. If my phone cant be repaired, i have to depend on my UPSR results.(Pressure!!!!!)

2)Our band is now facing 'crisis'. We are facing many difficulties as some of our band members(excluding me, James and Justin) results are bad esp. Bernard!! He still don't care about his BM results but i still friend cause he is known to be kind. James you are not really facing difficulties but you always go against our opinions.

3)Norman, Norman. You drew ********** when teacher wasn't around. It was discovered by a prefect. Norman you shouldn't have don't this. If you didn't, you would still have a chance to stay in the band. I don't know what they said you but all i want from you is to change this bad habit of **********.

How To Clean With Vinegar

Few people realise how easy it is to clean your home with vinegar. This inexpensive liquid can clean everything from car chrome to vegetables to pets.

1) Use vinegar to help scale fish. Rub the fish with vinegar,wait till five minutes,then scale. Keep wood cutting boards claen by wiping with full strength vinegar regularly.

2)Vinegar is great to remove strong food smelling smells. Rinse your hands in it (full strength). For smells in the air, whether from food,cigarettes, or paint,place dishes of cider vinegar around affected areas.

3)To clean fresh vegetables,place in dish with water,vinegar and salt. Bugs and soil will float right off.

4)To de-ant problem areas, spray full-strength vinegar around windows, doors, under appliances and anywhere you see ant trails.

5)To keep your kitchen drain smelling sweet, put a cup down the drain weekly. Let sit for 30 mins, then flush with cold water.

6)To unclog a drain, pur in 1/2 cup of baking soda and add 1/2 cup vinegar. Wait until it finishes fizzling, then pour a cup of hot water down the drain.

The Trip To Vietnam-Ho Chih Minh City

Day 1 - We woke up at 3.30 a.m tomorrow and leave for the airport around 4 something because we have to board the plane at 6.30 a.m.We reached the airport around 7.50 a.m.We followed a taxi to the city.After we found a hotel to stay in,we went to Ben Thanh Market(it is 1 of the most famous markets in Vietnam).After we finished buying stuff,we went to a restaurant called PHO24.It's favourite beef noodle was delicious!Later on,we went back to the hotel and rest,(wow,i slept for almost 4 hrs!).After resting,we went out for dinner.After that,we went to diamond plaza to do shopping again.(That's the end of the first day)

Day 2 - We woke up at 6 something in the morning(Vietnam time is 1 hr slower than Malaysia's).We followed a tour to visit a temple(i forgotten what's the name).After taking some pictures,we again followed the tour to visit the Cu Chi Tunnel(it was a tunnel that the vietnamese used when they were fighting against the americans).The vienamese' body was really small cause the Cu Chi Tunnel was rebuilt into 'King Size'.Many people crawled through the tunnel,it was really dark inside there.Here's one thing that i like most,I tried the M-30 gun(i shot 4 bullets),the sound was really loud,we had to wear the headset thing to protect our ears.(That's the end of the second day)

Day 3 - We woke up about 6 something in the morning again,one of the hotel staff followed us to the 'kampung type'Mekong River.It was really interesting.We sat on the sampan,sat on the speedboat too,we ate some topical fruits!, and we learnt many other stuffs.Later that night, my father brought my brother and I to go out and eat some ice cream.(That's the end for the third day)

Day 4 - We again went to Ben Thanh Market to buy stuffs again.After that,we went to Diamond Plaza to play bowling and watch the movie'Madagascar II-Escape to Africa'(That's the end of the fourth day,the day ended fast because that was the day we spent on our own)

Day 5 - We woke up at 6.30 a.m. to board the plane.We then had our breakfast around 8a.m., we boarded the plane around 10 in the morning and reached home at 12 something(That's the end of the fifth day and th trip to vietnam).................
